Goal Analysis: A questionnaire will be answered in order to best narrow down your individualized needs and goals so that a strategic plan can be established for you and your specific needs.
Individualized Nutrition Programming: Based on your specific information and feedback, I will help you identify which types of foods are best for you to eat, the correct amounts of those foods, and possibly even your right balance of macro and micronutrients.
Coach Support/Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly feedback of your progress through measurements, food logs, and performance results will allow us to troubleshoot and, through trial and error, find the best possible plan for your success. This is an on-going process and it will take some time to achieve the goals you have for yourself, so that is why there is a minimum 3-month contract required.
Online Workout Programming: Based on your workout goals, a workout plan will be provided under one of the following titles: Functional Strength, Beginner/Intermediate Olympic Weightlifting, or Strength/Power program. Functional Strength is for those that are looking to exercise with cardio conditioning and weightlifting, whereas Strength/Power is for those that are looking to get stronger overall.
There are options of services provided, so that you are able to choose what works best for you, and pricing is as follows.
